Technical Specialist
Technical Specialist Position Opening Serviont Global Solutions Inc.
Full-time professional position headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey with travel/relocation to unanticipated project sites within the US.
Duties:
Perform network and computer systems administration duties such as planning, designing, configuring and implementing UCCE/IPT technology as per customer's requirement.
Support and maintain existing infrastructure for various applications and utilize knowledge of technologies including Lotus Notes, MS Outlook, Windows, LAN, WAN, Cisco UCS, Cisco VLAN, VMware and MSSQL server.
Analyze client business requirements and network and system processes.
Provide implementation and enhancement strategies for applications and optimize the system for better performance.
Design and implementing Cisco Voice Gateways/CUBE utilizing various protocols including SIP, H323, ISDN PRI, SCCP and Voice over IP (VoIP) Protocols.
Document Low-level and High-level design for both Cisco Unified Communications and Contact Center Enterprise Solution.
Manage the ISP network and maintain responsibility for smooth running of the network/internet, and perform script processing using service creation toolkits, test and debug programs, including XML, Python, Web Services, Eclipse, .Net and Django Framework and Google Dialogflow.
Configure the architecture of the software product and choose other hardware and software technologies to help integrate the product successfully within a client's computer system/network.
Setup and configure Network Operating System using Windows Server.
Manage Wide Area Network and Local Area Network, and responsible for creation and maintenance of technical notes and documentation.
Employ effective communication techniques to collaborate with and provide project test and status reports to team members, direct supervisors and responsible Serviont managers, and to develop accurate documentation that complies with company standards.
Position headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, with travel and relocation to unanticipated project sites in the U.S. Education and experience requirements: Bachelor's degree in a computer science, electrical or electronics engineering field, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or related network and computer systems administrator position.
Specific technical requirements: 5 years of experience developing solutions in a Cisco based environment, employing the following technologies and tools: Cisco Contact Center, Voice over IP (VoIP) Protocols, XML, Python, Web Services, Eclipse, .Net and Django Framework and Google Dialogflow.
