Technical Manager

Serviont Global Solutions, Inc. Full-time professional position headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey with travel/relocation to unanticipated project sites within the U.S. is expected.

Duties: Lead the design of the hardware and the computer network that supports redundant and effective Cisco Collaboration Solutions of UC and Contact Center Platforms and Datacenter solutions with low-cost options. Architect detailed network designs and implement the designs in complex contact center products, communication and data center products. Design, architect, implement and support complex contact center network solutions employing UCCE, UCCX, PCCE, CUCM, CVP, ICM, EIM/WIM, CUIC, Ingress/Egress/XML Gateways, UCCX/IPIVR, ICM Scripting Call Flows, and WebEx Servers. Design UCS B and C series server and VMware suite products in the Data Centre environment. Understand technical requirement, analyze current infrastructure, operational and engineering procedures, business volumes, enhancements required, compliance and other mandatory adherence policies in order to design and manage a full life cycle Cisco Contact center, UC and Data center networks. Provide consistent and frequent project status updates and project issues to assigned Project Managers. Provide technical thought leadership for the project and client team. Work and collaborate with project teams, client resources, contract resources and 3rd party vendors. Position headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey with travel/relocation to unanticipated project sites within the U.S. is expected.

Requires:

Primary Requirement:

Master's degree in a Computer Science or Electronic/Electrical Engineering field and 3 years exp. in the position or in a related computer network architect, or network and computer systems administrator position. Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable.

Alternative Requirement: As an alternative, a Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or Electronic/ Electrical Engineering field combined with 5 years progressive experience in the occupation or in a related computer network architect, or network and computer systems administrator position will be acceptable. Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable.

Specific Technical Requirements: 3 years of verifiable experience designing, architecting, implementing and supporting complex contact center network solutions employing UCCE, UCCX, PCCE, CUCM, CVP, ICM, EIM/WIM, CUIC, Ingress Gateways, Egress Gateways, XML Gateways, UCCX/IPIVR, ICM Scripting Call Flows, and WebEx Servers.
