Technical Manager Position Opening Serviont Global Solutions Inc.
Full-time professional position headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey with travel/relocation to unanticipated project sites within the US.
Duties:
Manage the delivery of the architecture and design of Unified Communication and Contact Center (UCC) solutions.
Study business requirements, and design and implement Cisco UC and UCCE components.
Design and architect software solutions for the Contact Center.
Perform software development duties using technologies and tools including JAVA, Cisco Call Studio for IVR Development, Cisco CRS Editor for IVR Development, Avaya Orchestration Designer for IVR Development, Eclipse Studio for Java J2EE, Inference Studio for IVR Development, Windows PowerShell ISE, Python SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, Google Dialog Flow, AWS Management Console and Amazon Connect Console.
Manage software development teams for various projects.
Ensure quality technical delivery of components.
Prepare the PRD and High-Level Design & Low-Level Design Documents.
Implement the build automation using CI and CD tools.
Interface with multiple teams developing various software components in CC space to arrive at optimal solution resulting in effective utilization of resources.
Produce coherent technical proposals that meet the customer requirements.
Mentor and guide less experienced consultants.
Build relationships with clients, technical teams and external contractors.
Review Unit & Integration test cases.
Track and report progress of development and test activities.
Document, implement, monitor and enforce all processes and procedures as per standards defined by the organization.
Provide Support to sales/presales team on technical and effort estimation for UCC Service offering.
Implement and test new technologies (POC) related to Customer Experience Platforms.
Employ effective communication techniques to collaborate with and provide project test and status reports to team members, direct supervisors and responsible Serviont managers, and to develop accurate documentation that complies with company standards.
Position headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, with travel and relocation to unanticipated project sites in the U.S. Education and experience requirements: Bachelor's degree in a computer science or computer engineering field, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or a related software developer position.
Specific technical requirements: 5 years of experience developing software applications, employing the following tools and technologies: JAVA, Cisco Call Studio for IVR Development, Cisco CRS Editor for IVR Development, Avaya Orchestration Designer for IVR Development, Eclipse Studio for Java J2EE, Inference Studio for IVR Development, Windows PowerShell ISE, Python SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, Google Dialog Flow, AWS Management Console, Amazon Connect Console.
