We are looking for young graduate in Hospitality Services Management to organize and oversee daily operations of our guests & rentals facilities. Hospitality manager will be responsible for coordinating activities and helping guests & rentals to experience excellent customer service during their short-term vacations. Excellent communication and organization skills are vital. Responsibilities: · Organize and coordinate daily operations to ensure maximum satisfaction & customer services for guests & rentals on short-term vacation at our beach front facility in Hollywood. · Supervise and evaluate staff of housekeeping /cleaning companies to ensure clean facilities for guests & rentals. · Handle customer complaints when necessary · Assist in pricing products or services · Assume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses · Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards · Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently · Review and prepare reports for senior management Requirements: · Proven proficiency in hospitality management Practices · Hands-on experience in customer service, marketing or sales · Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices · Proficient in MS Office and relevant software · Excellent organizational and leadership skills Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Problem-solving aptitude Managing budgets and working with finance Marketing using social network & digital media & advertising Bilingual, fluent in English & Spanish; Proficiency in French, Russian, or Mandarin language is a great plus for successful overseas marketing. BS/BA Degree in hospitality management, or expected graduation in hospitality management in 2019. Internships available for senior students in hospitality major with proficiency in English & Mandarin languages, or proficiency in English & Russian languages, are available to prospective candidates.
