The primary purpose of this position is to support the Clinton Manor LC/ICFDD Program Services as well as direct the day-to-day operations of So. IL Community Support Services.  Using the guidance of our mission and values and in accordance with current federal & state regulation governing supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in Community Integrated Living Arrangements, this role ensures that the highest degree of quality is provided to each individual our organizations support. 


Requirements include:

  • 2 years leadership experience in a human services organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field such as human services or business management. 
  • QIDP certification a plus but not required.
