The Roselle Public Schools promote and value diversity. We are seeking dedicated professionals for the following positions:
Payroll Coordinator
  • Must have experience working with Systems 3000 Payroll System; extensive experience in payroll processing; school district experience (preferably in the payroll department);
  • Associates degree or higher in a Accounting, Business or Finance.
  • Equivalent experience of five years or more working in payroll department of a school district will be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with employee benefits preferred.
Human Resources Coordinator
  • Must have Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or Education Administration.
  • Prior experience working in Human Resources Department of School district preferred.
  • Experience maintaining HRIS Systems such as Systems 3000, AESOP and Teacher Evaluation systems.
  • Must understand teacher certification process; be familiar with current employment laws such as tenure; have knowledge and experience administering FMLA Leaves of absence.
  • Experience administering health benefits is a plus.
