Accounts Payable ClerkRockaway Borough Board of Education
Accounts Payable Clerk Full Time, 12 month position with benefits Rockaway Borough Board of Education, Morris County.
Duties include, but are not limited to: accounts payable, processing of requisitions, purchase orders, vendor bill list, all duties relating to the National School Lunch Program and Cafeteria Fund, and assisting in the efficient administration of other business office functions as needed.
The ideal candidate would possess a strong combination of the following: associate’s degree preferred (minimum high school diploma), experience with accounts/payable (a plus if within a public school district), working knowledge and experience with data processing programs such as: Word, Excel, Power Point and the CDK Accounting Program.
The successful applicant will be required to take and pass the state mandated criminal background check (at your own expense), a full medical physical including a drug test (at our expense) and, - this applies only if you currently reside outside of New Jersey: state law requires you to become a New Jersey state resident within one year of being employed
(definitely at your expense).
