Food Scientist/Technologist
Develop food safety plans (HACCP) in food manufacturing & distribution companies. Perform GAP analysis & GMP certification program. Design/ implement preventive controls based food safety program to comply with FSMA. Develop/implement SQF certification program to comply with GFSI. 10% travel to U.S. client sites. MS in Food Process Engineering, Food Scientist or related 5 years as Food Engineer, SQF Director, QA Manager, Food Safety Director, or related in food safety industry. 5 years: implementing GAP, GMP, SQF, & retail food safety certifications in food processing cos. Leading SQF, GMP, Retail, FSMA, FDA, & DOH audits & developing foodborne pathogen testing & microbial analysis program, allergen control program & chemical control program. Requires FSMA lead instructor certification & 3 years experience with FSMA food safety compliance. SQF Practitioner, HACCP, and PCQI certifications required.
