Raritan Borough is accepting applications for the full-time position of Administrative Assistant to the Administration Office to perform a variety of routine administrative and clerical responsibilities, including the front desk reception.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Office support functions
• Purchasing
• Meeting coordination
• Calendar management
• Verbal and electronic correspondence
• Reception of visitors
• Directing incoming phone calls
• License processing

Qualified candidates must be self-motivated with excellent communications, clerical, organizational and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Professional office experience is required and prior experience working in a local government is preferred.
