Under general supervision of the Executive Chef, manages the operations of the kitchen in absence of and in assistance with the Executive Chef. Oversees the preparation of food and inventory levels of the kitchen.
Associates Degree in Culinary Arts, two years in kitchen and food preparation management to include banquet preparation; and/or a combination of education and experience. Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming licenses in Arizona and California. Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
