Position 1: Experienced Property Repair Field Technician at Quality Property Maintenance in Oceanside, CA
Job Description
As a property repair technician at Quality Property Maintenance, you will work independently and as part of a team. Your responsibilities may include:
- Working on multiple job sites per day
- Communicating with internal management regarding job status and updates
- Completing tasks that involve multiple construction trades within allotted timeframes
- Using internal work order software to document job progress, purchases, and job photos
- Representing QPM in a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Occasional required overtime
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have a working truck
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have basic hand and power tools
- Must have a minimum of four years of experience working in construction or property maintenance that includes at least three of the following trades:
o Carpentry
o Electrical
o Plumbing
o Drywall
o Stucco
o Painting
o Masonry
o Concrete
o Welding
- Must have experience with the materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction and repair of houses, buildings, or other structures
- Must be able to perform construction tasks involving physical labor and can lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
