Prowers County Human Services is accepting applications through April 30, 2021 for a full-time Father Advocate. This position will assist fathers in building healthy parent-child relationships, support fathers' economic stability, and work to strengthen families. The Father Advocate will provide direct services, intensive case management, and make referrals to agencies to promote and sustain healthy marriages, responsible parenting, and economic security. Minimum educational requirements include a bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or related field. One year of relevant work experience and bi-lingual is preferred.
