Rapidly-growing Company  is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative who can Dispatch to add to our team! The right candidate for this position will be an individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Exceptional individuals for this position will be seeking a long-term career with a huge desire for growth!

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

-Taking Job Orders from clients
-Screening Applicants
-Processing applications along with additional branch documents
-Cold Calling/Inside Sales
-Answering Phones
-Recruiting temporary employees
-Placing Applicants to job assignments both daily and long-term
-Previous experience in a construction/light industrial environment in any department, including field experience, a huge plus!

Requirements:

-Self-Starter
-Strong written/oral communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Previous customer service experience required
-Previous experience in a high-energy/fast-paced environment a huge plus!
-Positive attitude
-Comfortability with an ever-changing environment
-Flexibility with schedule availability
-Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule
