Band Director

Band Director: Princeton Day School, an independent PreK-12 school, seeks experienced MS & US Band Director.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

●      MS Bands (Beginning and Intermediate) and Sectionals

●      MS Jazz Band (stipend activity)

●      US Band and Sectionals

●      Some evening performances

●      Middle School General Music Class

●      Middle School Advisory

QUALIFICATIONS:

●      Bachelor's Degree; Masters preferred

●      Minimum three years teaching experience grades 5-12

●      Ability to manage all aspects of concert performances

●      Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary setting

●      Experience with differentiated instruction

●      Effective communication skills

●      Creative and resourceful with a strong work ethic

●      Experience and evidence of technological integration

●      Commitment to professional development
