Invitation To Bid Transportation Services

Plainfield Public Schools is accepting bid proposals to provide transportation services beginning July 1, 2021. A Zoom informational meeting will be held with registered bidders at 11:00 AM on January 5, 2021. All bidders need to be registered to be invited to the informational meeting. 

The RFP document specifications are available as of December 18, 2020 by contacting Ronald Lussier, Business Manager of Plainfield Schools Re: Transportation Request For Proposals 651 Norwich Road, Plainfield, CT 06374 All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted to LussierR@plainfieldschools.org by 4:00 PM on January 5, 2021. RFP Proposals must be submitted in person or by mail to Mr. Lussier at 651 Norwich Road, Plainfield, CT 06374 by 11:00 AM on January 28, 2021, at which time all proposals will be opened publicly. Any RFP proposal submitted after 11:30 AM will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The RFP documents specifications will be posted to the district website: www.plainfieldschools.org.
