Early Head Start Teacher
In this position, the Early Head Start Teacher will have primary responsibility for the appropriateness of the environment, the correctness and completeness of assessments, screenings, and children's records and supervision of the EHS teacher assistant and/or caregiver. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 18 hours in early childhood.
Responsibilities: Fulfills all duties and responsibility for appropriateness of the environment, the correctness and completeness of assessments, screenings, and children's records and supervision of the assistant and /or caregiver in the classroom. Plans and implements the approved curriculum to meet the changing needs of infants and toddlers.
Position will require a drug test and background check. Reliable transportation is necessary.
