Accounts Payable Clerk Part Time
The Accounts Payable Clerk will help manage the fiscal operations of the agency to ensure the proper safeguarding of agency assets. Essential job duties/responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk include, but are not limited to the following: Process accounts payable for assigned funds, Get approval signatures on vouchers, Print checks for signatures, Prepare checks to be mailed and/or picked up, Reconcile accounts payable accounts monthly, Update and/or Input new vendors into the system, Prepare 1099's to be distributed and/or mailed, Perform other duties as assigned. Associate's Degree (AA/AS) in Accounting or Business (Bachelor's preferred), and two or more years' experience with accounts payable and a good understanding of accounting principles. Must have Current Driver's License.
Position will require a drug test and background check. Reliable transportation is necessary.
