Account Payable Clerk
Phoenixville Borough is currently accepting applications for the position of Accounts Payable Clerk within our Finance Department.
Responsibilities include weekly/monthly reporting; daily input of invoices/AP information. Candidate must have excellent customer service /organizational skills, strong mathematical aptitude, ability to work quickly, accurately and meet deadlines. Required are high school diploma or equivalent; two years accounts payable experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with financial software. Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30.
