Compression Facilities Engineer
Pennsylvania General Energy located in scenic NW PA\Warren is seeking candidates with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in our Midstream Unit with operations across the northern tier of PA. This role supports our development projects. The engineer will have specific project responsibilities as a resource in field projects and project management in all areas of gas processing and compression activities such as:
- Developing specifications and standards of design for gas processing and mechanical equipment packages to optimize construction and maintenance costs;
- Supports new compressor and well pad installations, automation and measurement;
- Responsible for technical application and iterations including processing engineering software, as well as model based applications; reviews settings of cylinder pockets and suction/discharge pressures.
- Provides facility design including reciprocating compressors, gas processing and dehydration equipment, water handling and storage, troubleshooting and operations support.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, must be authorized to work in the U.S., exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface well with others. 3-5 years of previous experience managing and leading projects.
