Public Agency seeks an experienced individual who, under the direction of the Executive Director, participates in the review and administration of various operations, contracts, grants; assists in the day to day operations by preparation, monitoring, and evaluation; provides recommendations to leadership/supervisory staff.


  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree
  • One (1) year of experience involving contract/grant work, project financing, construction management, fiscal administration, social service administration, and/or budget and management operations of a government or business entity
  • State procurement obligations
  • Knowledge of RAD/PBV/LIHTC/HCV/Public housing program.
