Member Services Coordinator - Park City Chamber/Convention & Visitors Bureau is seeking a Member Services Coordinator. This position is responsible for assisting with member enrollment, retention and invoicing, as well as the planning and implementation of membership programs and events. Works directly with members, educating them on benefits and using online accounts. Responsible for weekly newsletters and other communication. Responsible for data management, including member accounts and the compilation of statistical and business data for Park City and Summit County. Full job description available upon request.
Requirements: Demonstrated self-starter with bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously on a regular basis. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong computer skills (including Excel, Word, database programs and image software). Excellent attention to detail and follow through. Basic understanding of finances and budgeting. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent knowledge of the Park City and Summit County area, business community and business districts. Occasional evenings and weekends will be required.
