Our successful Supper Club in Pembine WI is looking to hire a full time lead cook to supervise kitchen operations. Candidates would be required to work weekdays, weekends, nights and holidays.
Duties would include; preparing and cooking food from an established menu for 20 to 200 customers per shift (with assistance from the second cook) while maintaining a clean safe work environment.
Ideal candidates should be able to work in a fast pace environment and have excellent organizational, communication and time management skills. Secondary duties are assisting in menu planning, ordering/stocking food and related supplies (visit our website @ parisinpembine.com to view menu).
