Superintendent

Wonderful Opportunity! Garden Apartment Complex located in Parsippany, NJ is looking for a reliable, trustworthy Superintendent to live on-site (two-bedroom apartment is included with utilities as part of compensation) after a probationary period. The position will include the responsibility for the care and comfort of the residents including, but not limited to, general interior and exterior maintenance, repairs in apartments and building common areas, and responding to service requests of the residents. Must have basic electric, plumbing and carpentry skills as well as a professional appearance and communication skills including some computer knowledge. Work week is forty hours, Mon-Fri. On call and weekend availability.

Experience:
