Parts Manager
Parts Manager is responsible for department performance ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing return of investment through parts sales, inventory, and expense control.
Requirements include:
- 2+ years of experience in management, ability to analyze internal reports, and knowledge of standard desktop applications.
- Must have proven leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products is helpful.
- Ability to work under pressure, conflict resolution, and ability consistently to meet deadlines is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

OUR HISTORY
P&K Midwest's story actually begins in Kingfisher, Oklahoma, circa 1985, when Barry Pollard and Wendell Kirtley opened the first P&K Equipment location. Over the course of several years, one location turned into two, and then eventually turned into ten, now a total of thirteen. These locations span northwestern, central, northeastern, and eastern Oklahoma, as well as northwestern and western Arkansas. In 2012, the P&K Equipment enterprise expanded into Iowa with the opening of P&K Midwest. The original six locations have grown to a total of nine P&K Midwest locations, spanning all of eastern Iowa.
