The Office of Finance at Old Dominion University is seeking candidates for an Administrative & Office Specialist III position. This position will ensure invoices received from assigned vendors are processed promptly and accurately in accordance with Prompt Pay; monitor, research, and analyze reports independently to ensure payments processed are matched and approved for payment via the electronic 3-way matching process; and research, resolve and analyze unmatched invoices, receiving reports, and past due notices in a timely manner.
