Growing Coal Company seeking qualified candidates a growing coal company located in West Virginia is currently seeking qualified applicants for the following position: Executive Administrative Assistant.
Duties include: Schedule meetings and appointments and make all travel arrangements. Prepare internal and external corporate documents and communications. Arrange and coordinate events to take place outside of workplace. Manage expense reports for Corporate office. Assist with the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Requirements: Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Three to five years of administrative experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Position located in the Beckley, WV area.
