Mental Health Services Supervisor

Primary Responsibility: Provide daily supervision over assigned counselors, case managers and program aides in the Davenport Mental Health Unit. This includes conducting monthly individual clinical supervision of subordinates providing direct mental health services to a wide variety of clients in the agency, hospitals, schools, and the community of Lincoln County. Maintain a direct service productivity level between 25-40% as directed by the Behavioral Health Clinical Director. Coordinate Crisis and ITA services for Lincoln County residents. Provide employee training as necessary to ensure the Davenport Mental Health Unit services objectives, requirements, and procedures are met and being maintained. Serve as a Designated Crisis Responder (DCR) on crisis response team.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related Mental Health field required. Certified as an Agency Affiliated Counselor with the WA. State Dept. of Health required; licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist strongly preferred. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. Good written/oral communication skills and completion of administrative & clinical records required. Excellent benefits package and continuing education opportunities provided. Starting annual salary $72,399 based on qualifications and experience. $5000 sign-on stipend available upon successful completion of 6 months probationary period for newly hired to the County. This position is primarily located in Davenport, WA.
