  • ASSET MANAGER - Performs asset management for NNRHA housing communities.
    Acts to ensure staff compliance with asset management policies. Manages the
    formulation and implementation of operational objectives and strategies. Reviews and
    analyzes property expenses and performance. Administers programs to assure proper
    management of properties.

  • ASSISTED HOUSING COORDINATOR - Performs intermediate skilled administrative
    support work interviewing clients for program eligibility and annual recertification,
    processing eligibility and income documents for participants in housing assistance
    programs, maintaining files and records, preparing reports, and related work.

  • ASSISTED HOUSING INSPECTOR - Performs intermediate semiskilled work
    inspecting housing units to determine compliance with Housing Quality Standards,
    policies, and requirements, identifying required improvements and maintenance,
    maintaining records and files, entering data, and related work as apparent or assigned.

  • ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER - Performs difficult skilled administrative support
    work providing assistance to the Property Manager in the daily operations of assigned
    property, collecting rent, generating work orders, assisting residents, conducting annual
    re-examinations, performing property inspections, preparing and maintaining files,
    records, and reports, and related work as apparent or assigned.

  • CAPITAL PROJECTS ADMINISTRATOR - Performs complex administrative work
    planning and managing capital improvement projects, and related work as apparent or
    assigned.

  • COMMUNITY SERVICES MANAGER - Performs difficult administrative work planning,
    developing, and directing a broad program of community social services for residents of
    Authority managed housing, maintaining files and records, preparing reports, and
    related work as apparent or assigned.

  • CNI PROJECT MANAGER - Provides a wide range of services in support of the day to
    day management of the Marshall-Ridley Choice Neighborhoods Implementation
    Program. The Transformation Plan is funded, in part, under HUD’s Choice
    Neighborhood Initiative (CNI) for the transformation of the Ridley Place public housing
    development and surrounding neighborhood. Funds are leveraged by local and partner
    resources. Collaborates with the Deputy Executive Director – CNI & Special Projects
    and the Executive Director. Organizes, plans, develops and implements a
    comprehensive plan to manage the project scope, schedules, and budget for a delivery
    of successful program goals.

  • HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN - Performs responsible technical and
    paraprofessional work in a variety of personnel program areas including recruitment and
    selection, classification and compensation, employee relations, personnel
    records maintenance, workers compensation and benefits and salary administration.

  • MAINTENANCE MECHANIC - Performs intermediate skilled work in a variety of trades
    in the maintenance, renovation and repair of buildings, equipment and grounds.

  • MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - Performs difficult skilled trades work participating in
    and overseeing the work of crews engaged in the maintenance, construction,
    installation, and/or repair of buildings, HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems,
    maintaining files and records, preparing reports, and related work as apparent or
    assigned.

  • OCCUPANCY SPECIALIST - Performs human support work conducting interviews to
    determine initial and continued eligibility, certifying and recertifying applicants, assisting
    clients, maintaining records and files, preparing reports, and related work as apparent or
    assigned.

  • REAL ESTATE TECHNICIAN - Performs difficult administrative support work
    coordinating the acquisition and divestiture of the organization's real estate assets, and
    related work as apparent or assigned.

  • ROSS GRANT COORDINATOR - Performs difficult administrative work managing the
    operations of the Family Investment Center, maintaining files and records, preparing
    reports, and related work as apparent or assigned.

  • SPECIAL PROJECT COORDINATOR - Performs intermediate semi-skilled and
    technical work planning, organizing, and coordinating redevelopment activities and
    projects including acquisition, relocation, and demolition activities, preparing and
    maintaining files and records, preparing reports, and related work as apparent or
    assigned.
