Full time & Per-Diem Registered Nurses Per-Diem Position pays $35 per hour! Full time Position includes a $600 Sign-On Bonus! Newly Graduated RN’S Welcome! As an essential team member of the Health Services Department the Registered Nurse (RN) will ensure that the people that we support at New Hope Community receive the highest quality of health care by providing exceptional nursing services and medical management. The Registered Nurse candidate must be a compassionate team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Positions Require: • Valid New York State Nursing License • Clinical and medical experience is pertinent. • Experience working with people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities is preferred.

Part Time Human Resource Clerk We are currently seeking a Human Resource Clerk to help compile and maintain employee records for the agency. The Human Resource Clerk will support the Human Resources Department in a full spectrum of administrative responsibilities. Human Resource or Business Administration experience preferred. This is a part time position.

Position Requires: • Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and diverse overall computer skills. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, with a sense of urgency, while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy. Maintenance Associate We are currently seeking Maintenance Associates to work in our Facilities Department. Candidates should have extensive experience in carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical, ventilation systems and grounds maintenance. High School Diploma/GED required.

Horse Barn Assistant We are currently seeking a Horse Barn Assistant to provide support to our Therapeutic Riding Program as well as the Animal Assisted Growth and Wellness Program. A background and experience in animal care and/or husbandry is required. High School Diploma/GED required.

Direct Support Professional Fulltime, Relief, Residential, Day Program, Evening & Overnight Positions Available! DSP’s are the people who work closest to the people we support and provide them with the motivation, instruction and guidance to accomplish their goals and achieve success and fulfillment in daily living. High School Diploma/GED required. No experience necessary!

Employment Specialist The Employment Specialist is responsible for the job-related training, counseling and oversight of the people we support who have obtained employment in the Supported Employment Program. An essential function of this position is the evaluation and documentation of the progress of all participants in the Supported Employment Program. The Employment Specialist establishes and maintains professional working relationships between program participants and worksite supervisors. High School Diploma/GED required. Experience in Lawn Care preferred.
