Senior HR Business Partner & Risk/Controls Manager sought by NatWest Markets Securities Inc. (Stamford, CT) to act as interface between HR & the business, functions & services for Capital Markets, Customer Sales & Trading & back office. 40 hours/week. Must have bachelor's degree in HR Management, Economics, Finance, Org Psych, History or related field & 3 years of experience in the position offered or in related HR role in the financial services industry. Full term of requirements experience must include: Supportng Resourcing with the end-to-end recruitng process & owning responsibility for obtaining relevant global & regional role approvals, advertising roles, trackng applicants & making offers of employment; Supporting HRBPs with cyclical projects inclede restructuring projects, anual promotions & 360 review projects; Supporting operational activities across HR People Services with regard to PeopleSoft or Workday transactions & HR Centers of Excellence, include Payroll, Benefits & Reward; Utilizing tools including Visio, Workday, Vantage, Clearview, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft & PostEdge; Partnering & advising senior management concerning people risk related issues, include exit delivery; responsibility to challange decision making; & documenting business rationale & handling sensitive employer conversations; Advising across organization change & design, engagement & culture, talent identification & retention, succession planning, compensation/reward, performance management & workforce planning; Employing risk & control expertise with the ability to asess, advise & refine operational processes to ensure they're rebust & fit for purpose; & Coordinating employer relations management & investigation practices, relying on a familiarity with CT state employment law.
