RESPONSIBILITIES
NSA Overview The professionals at the National Security Agency (NSA) have one common goal: to protect our nation. The mission requires a strong offense and a steadfast defense. The offense collects, processes and disseminates intelligence information derived from foreign signals for intelligence and counterintelligence purposes. The defense prevents adversaries from gaining access to sensitive classified national security information. Description of the Position Project Director responsibilities may include: - Developing and overseeing project plans - Performing resource management - Developing and tracking schedules - Monitoring performance goals and mitigating risks - Providing quality assurance oversight - Leading/mentoring junior staff - Creating and sustaining a strong customer focus - Collaborating with others to accomplish goals - Presenting project status and informational briefs

PAY BENEFITS & WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with basic 8hr/day work requirements between 0600 to 1800 hrs (flexible).

NSA has numerous positions such as Staff Officers, Enabling Support Specialists and Project Directors. Project Directors supply timely, accurate, and relevant information to assist senior leadership, customers, and/or management in making decisions. They contribute to the management of a project in technical, development, business, and operational functional organizations.
