Student Life Coordinator
The Student Life Coordinator ensures MCC students are afforded opportunities to participate in co-curricular experiences that promote a positive, engaged, and high-quality learning experience. These include facilitation and supervision of club/organizational activities, student governance organizations, and involvement opportunities that enhance the overall educational experiences of students through development of, exposure to, and participation in social, cultural, multicultural, intellectual, recreational activities, and student governance. Occasional long and irregular hours necessitated by special projects, compliance with deadlines, length of the institutional day and week, and committee service. Travel as appropriate for the position.
Assistant Director Of Human Resources
Full-Time position based in Ft. Morgan. This position assists in the coordination of full scope day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department serving all MCC locations. Coordinates the recruitment and selection process and assists with the pre-employment and onboarding process. Primarily responsible for accurate input and maintenance of personnel, payroll, staffing patterns, benefits, and leave data. Researches and communicates policies/procedures, performs problem resolution, and analyzes data. Coordinates special events. Occasional long and irregular hours may necessitated by special projects, compliance with deadlines, length of the institutional day and week, and committee service. Travel as appropriate for the position.
