Director of Access and Enrollment Services (Full-time)
The Director of Access and Enrollment Services is responsible for a variety of actives related to student enrollment services. These functions include implementing procedures for advising, retention, and the delivery of programs and services for students.
- This position supervises multiple full-time staff and conducts annual performance evaluations.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for students with disabilities and makes decisions based on professional judgment related to academic accommodations.
- Directs and performs efforts to retain at-risk students.
- Assists with the implementation of the Clery Act including training, reporting, compliance, and participates on the Behavioral Intervention Team.
Must travel as necessary to carry out job duties and participate in occasional evening and weekend commitments.
Coordinator of Cargill/MCC Workplace Education Program
Coordinator of Cargill/MCC Workplace Education Program Full-Time, Exempt Professional/Technical member is responsible for managing the Cargill/MCC Workplace Education program, which is based on-site at the Cargill Meat Solutions facility in Fort Morgan, Colorado. The program provides integrated instruction with workplace specific applications. The emphasis of the program is on English as a Second Language (ESL), Basic Skills instruction, preparation for High School Equivalency, college preparation, and skills for job promotion and success. The position is responsible for identifying funding opportunities, program implementation, financial management, data management, reporting, hiring and supervision of program staff, recruiting, guidance and monitoring of student population, referrals to partner agencies and transitions to college courses. The Coordinator supports and maintains positive, appropriate communication within the program, as well as among Cargill, MCC, and all stakeholders, in accordance with the policies and procedures approved by MCC and Cargill.
Human Resources Coordinator
Full-Time position based in Ft. Morgan. This position assists in coordination of the full scope of day-to-day operations in the Human Resources Department serving all MCC locations. Assist with the Faculty Load and Compensation System (FLAC) including salary notifications for adjunct instructors, payroll checklists, and verification of all employees. Primarily responsible for accurate input and maintenance of personnel, benefit, and leave data into Banner, developing and maintaining accurate and confidential personnel and benefit files for employees. Coordinates employment searches including the pre-employment and on boarding process. Researches and communicates policies/procedures, performs problem resolution and analyzes data. Assists with maintaining and analyzing staffing patterns and payroll encumbrances. Coordinates special events, including annual employment recognition functions and celebrations for separating and retiring employees. Occasional long and irregular hours may be necessary and travel as appropriate for the position.
