Accounts Receivable Specialist

Receive daily reporting from bank and posting customer payments, respond to customer requests and questions, work with customer service to resolve payment discrepancies, contact customers with past due accounts and process month end transactions and reports. • Must have basic computer skills, including competency working with Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel • Experience working with Sage software a plus • Basic accounting skills, familiarity with data entry and collections • Detail oriented, team-player and able to work with minimal supervision • Prior experience working with various customer and retail portals a plus. Salary range is $40k - $45k.
