Retail Banking Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Retail Banking Customer Service Specialist in our Detroit Lakes office, who will provide exceptional service to our customers and embrace our values of Community, Integrity, Quality, Genuine Care, Teamwork, and Balance.
The Retail Banking Customer Service Specialist provides excellent phone customer service to our customers by responding to customer issues with deposit products and services in a timely and accurate way. Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Actively provides referrals of potential customers to personal bankers, lenders, and investment representatives.
The ideal candidate for this position will have high school diploma with phone customer service experience. Banking experience desirable.
