Customer Success Account Manager

Customer Success Account Manager: Promote digital transformation & strengthen the customer relationship through a deep understanding of MSFT technician. & the customer’s business needs. Required domestic & international up to 50%.
- Education: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 24 months of experience in technical support and/or support services account management.
- Education or Experience in: Relationship Management Experience tool, Time, Service Desk, Services Hub, Project Management, Service Delivery Management, and Customer Relationship Management.
