Microsoft Corporation currently has the following openings in Malvern, PA (job opportunities available at all levels, e.g., Principal, Senior and Lead levels).
Account Executive: Build and maintain customer relationships and develop account plans that meet customer needs and reinforce business value. Develop strategic, effective account maps and plans that align Microsoft’s services and products with customer requirements. Communicate strategies for each account and collaborate with team members for the implementation of account plans and solutions. Create a clear growth strategy across and within accounts. Manage a healthy and predictable pipeline that meets or exceeds quote expectations and ensures customer adoption and deployment of solutions.
- Education: Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Two years of experience developing and implementing tailored product features or account plans based on customer business requirements.
- Education or experience in: Solution and Value Selling; Building relationships with C-level executives; Internal and External Business Communication Skills; Strategic Sales Planning; Deal negotiation skills including preparing, presenting, and negotiating contracts for IT deployments; Conducting research and using data tools to understand customer’s performance drivers and business needs; Business case development; Financial Modelling; and Software Project Management.
