Customer Service and associated administrative work, processing orders, updating records, and communicating with our customers who are buyers or librarians in Public Libraries. A successful candidate will have worked in a Public Library, Book Store Sales, or Publishing. We are looking for a gregarious personality with a strong work ethic who works well with others. Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and using the internet as a research tool are key. 5 hours per day between 9 am and 5 pm, or such additional hours that may be required. Pleasant Old Saybrook Waterfront office.
