Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a full-time benefited position.
Work hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.

The AR Specialist position is responsible for:

• Reconciliation of Daily Route Sales and receipts
• Troubleshooting discrepancies
• Assuring timely and accurate deposits
• Set up and Maintain customer accounts
• Monitor non-deliverable customer list as provided by state
• Perform customer specific tasks
• Send out monthly statements
• Review and rectify customer issues
• Collect on Past Due accounts
• Keep up to date with software updates and new capabilities
• Other tasks may be assigned

The AR Specialist is an integral part of the daily activities within the organization.  You will serve as a main point of contact for our Sales and Delivery Team as well as the customers.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Certificate or Degree in an accounting or finance-related field.  In lieu of a degree, 2+ years of experience in AR or a similar field.
