The Alpine Director-Head Coach is tasked with developing and facilitating a world class alpine ski program for young athletes ages 6-14 including race training, free-skiing, skill enhancement, race tactics, conditioning, and mental preparation in an atmosphere that encourages athlete development at an individual level, teamwork, and having fun.
The Alpine Director-Head Coach directly oversees U8 and U10-U12 Head Alpine Coaches and serves as Head Alpine Coach for U14 division.

The McCall Winter Sports Club(MWSC) has produced elite athletes in the past. We are currently a small program but with a strong U8, U10 and U12 presence in the Intermountain Division.  We are looking for the right person to lead our athletes and help develop a unified training program and opportunities for our athletes.

Since 1947, MWSC has been an important part of the ski racing community in McCall, Idaho. We train at Brundage Mountain on the weekends and Little Ski Hill weekdays after school.

McCall is a small town in the west-central mountains of Idaho with some really cool terrain for winter and summer recreation. And we have a lake!
