Use strong communication skills (written and verbal) to work with Product team to fully understand product functionality, processes, and underlying data structures. Analyze user profile and behavior data to identify fraud patterns. Create requirements on processes needed to block/prevent activity based on known fraud patterns. Provide realistic estimates related to Design, Development and Implementation. Manage all aspects of an application design including but not limited to high performance design, coding, caching, multithreaded processes, security, encryption, state management, error logging, scalability, code reviews, environment configuration, proper testing procedures, and naming standards. Provide post-implementation analytics to validate solution. Implement reporting to monitor accuracy of processes. Analyze requirements and deliver realistic estimates for the implementation of related functionality.  Monitor suspicious behavior on our high-trafficked sites. Write code that keeps Match safe for millions of active users. Maintain C#.NET development. Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware, and to upgrade interfaces and improve performance. Implement the web Compatibility/Security features to applications by implementing Device Fingerprinting and Browser scripts. Perform regression and unit testing, while documenting the entire application. Must work from company headquarters (8750 North Central Expressway Suite 1400, Dallas, Texas 75231) 3 days a week. May work remotely for remaining 2 days per week.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or a related field. plus 5 years of professional experience performing software engineering (including researching, designing, developing, and testing software applications using C#, ASP.Net, .Net framework (Visual Studio), MS SQL Server, Transact-SQL (T-SQL),  and Reporting Services (SSRS)); developing Window Services (including multi-threaded processes and using Parallel Programming techniques); and building and integrating with RESTful Web Services using WebAPI and WCF. Must also have the following: 3 years of professional experience performing data analysis using Excel Pivot; 2 years of professional experience building presentations using Power Point; 2 years of professional experience using IP Networking Fundamentals; 2 years of professional experience using Browser/Device Fingerprinting technologies; 1 year of professional experience designing effective, scalable, distributed, and high performance software or e-business systems.
