Customer Service Manager – Margaretville Telephone Company (MTC) has an immediate opening for a full time Customer Service Manager position. MTC is a proactive company, which provides telephone, cable television, broadband, and fiber optic based services in the greater Margaretville area. Applicant must project excellent customer service qualities with the ability to train, inform and institute quality assurance standards for the Customer Service Staff. Management and supervisory responsibilities including backup and support to the Billing Supervisor, credit and collections, sales and marketing strategies, developing department budget and inter departmental reporting. Prior supervisory experience a plus along with computer proficiency in Windows based software, phone systems and office equipment. May require weekend, evening and overtime work schedules.
