Manito Golf and Country Club seeks an energetic, positive person to market the Club for private banquets & keeping in mind that Manito is a members' only organization. This person must have the imagination and creativity necessary to allow for the host's vision of the event to come to fruition. The successful candidate will also have a number of other responsibilities including but not limited to working closely with the executive chef to organize events and create menus, training of staff, supervision of events and ala carte dining, posting the weekly work schedule and other duties. The Catering Coordinator must have a conservative appearance and demeanor. They will be polite and address members and fellow staff with respect and a smile.
Experience: At least 5 years of and/or food and beverage and supervisory experience is preferred.
Education: A culinary or an associate degree is preferred but not necessary.
Salary: Is commensurate with experience.
