European Bakery Manager Plan, direct, & supervise baking production. Serve as supervising baker & supervise baking assistants. Inventory, ordering, oversee cafe, payroll, sales, maintain all permits/ licenses.
REQUIRED 24mo European baking experience, experience in bookkeeping and creating profit & loss statements, experience in Spanish pastries/desserts including specifically experience in making “Costrada de Alcala”, “Tarta de Santiago”, “San Marcos” cake, and “Pastel Vasco”.
