Human Resources Administrative Assistant
The Lyons National Bank is currently seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to work out of the Geneva Operations office.
This position will be responsible to perform a variety of duties to support the payroll, benefits, and human resource functions of the Bank. Duties include but are not limited to; assisting with the preparation, processing, and reconciliation of the
bi-weekly payroll and compiling and maintaining a variety of reports and records for use in payroll and benefits administration.
The successful candidate will possess prior work-related experience, comprehensive knowledge of operating systems/software including but not limited to; Paychex Flex, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
The candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, and solid verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and confidentiality is a must.
