Lucas County Department of Facilities and Fleet Maintenance One Government Center, Suite 800 Normal Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Compensation: Management Salary Schedule Grade 4 $60,564 - $75,705 annually
Status: Unclassified; Non-Bargaining Unit; Exempt
Summary of Responsibilities (Refer to position description for more detailed information) Under direction of the Facilities Director, plans, directs, coordinates, and provides professional leadership and direction of all capital improvement and planning projects, and space planning projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Construction Management/Technology, Architecture or Engineering discipline, plus five (5) years' experience in facilities capital improvement project management. Educational requirement may be substituted with ten (10) years of verifiable experience in facilities capital improvement project management or related field. Public sector experience desirable. Experience in customer service, project administration, facilities planning, construction, procurement of design services and construction related services, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, energy conservation, and corrective/preventative maintenance programs.
