Overview of Position
LREI seeks a full-time Director of High School Admissions to lead our high school admissions program. The candidate is responsible for creating and organizing all aspects of our high school enrollment efforts, in collaboration with the Associate Director of High School Admissions/Director of Financial Aid, High School Principal and other members of the staff.
Essential Functions

Lead and manage all aspects of the high school admissions process.

Develop and implement strategic recruitment and enrollment initiatives to promote the school and attract prospective families.

Organize and facilitate large group tours of the school and evening open house events.

Recruit and orient members of the High School Admissions Committee; coordinate and guide their review of applicant files.

Work collaboratively with the CFO and Director of Financial Aid to leverage awards in ways that advance our strategic priorities.

Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with feeder schools (both private and public) and educational consultants.

Foster high ethical standards, integrity, and respect for colleagues, alumni, current and prospective parents, and students throughout the admissions process; and

Be sensitive to economic, cultural, and other equity issues present in the enrollment of a diverse student body.

Be a member of the LREI Admissions team, participating in events and efforts in support of colleagues in the other divisions.

A bachelor's degree and a combination of high school admissions experience, admissions experience with other age groups, and/or teaching experience.
