Administrative Clerk – Part-time Lower Providence Township, Eagleville, PA, seeks a part-time (16 – 20 hours per week) Administrative Clerk to perform a variety of clerical duties for the Community Development Department.

Essential duties and responsibilities include: Providing administrative support for planning, zoning, and code enforcement functions of the Department.

Required knowledge and skills include the ability to use basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), data entry programs, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing. Applicants must be computer literate and able to operate a copier, scanner, printer, multi-line telephone system, and calculator.

Preferred qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent

Municipal Planning and Development experience Lower Providence Township seeks candidates with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and desire to learn new skills. Applicants that receive a formal employment offer must successfully complete a drug screen and background checks. Salary based on qualifications.
