Appraisal Administrative Assistant

Applications are being accepted for a full-time Assistant for a governmental entity.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Complete knowledge of Appraisal Department operations

• Complete understanding of Department’s computer system

• Operationalize Department reporting requirements

• Provide direct assistance to the Assistant Chief Appraiser

• Coordinate Department liaison with other Departments

• Interaction with the public

Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum high school diploma, Associate's Degree a plus

• 3-5 years working experience in an administrative assistant capacity

• Full familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• Above average mathematical and analytical skills

• General exposure to computer applications

• Ability to work independently while in a team environment
