Prvd status updates, collect info/evidence. Draft frms, affs, packages, letters, etc. for Atty review. Monitor app. status & contact
agencies for status & inquiries. Basic research to summarize for Attys. Drft doc requests & submit to agencies. Prvd summary of results to Attys. Rspnd to client & colleague Q's directly. Rvw wrk of assts. Eval problematic cases & provides strat. &/or solutions, partnering w/Attys. Asst in training new staff. Prepare packets for mailing to various agencies. Prfrm various admin tasks, incl. but not limited to copy/scan, phone syst,
MS Office, case mgmt sw, lawpay & texting sw. Spprt Attys in prep for matters
